My early work in mechanical design taught me that complex systems become dependable through precision, thoughtful interfaces, and respect for the people who operate them. That perspective carried naturally into web engineering and now into leadership—where the system includes architecture, delivery, clients, and the team itself.
Away from a screen, I recharge through reading, playing boardgames, hiking, and woodworking: different ways of learning how things fit together and what careful progress looks like.
